Award in the category "Private Business Schools": 2nd place for ISM at German Education Award
The data-driven business world is constantly coming up with new developments. ISM, as a private and non-profit university, responds to this by continuously developing its study programs for business and related fields - apparently with success. According to a representative closed survey of over 25,000 customers, the International School of Management has now received the German Education Award. The school was ranked second overall in terms of price-performance ratio, range of courses and customer service.
In the category "Offer": ISM ranked first
The highly dynamic age of real-time communication also demands a service that keeps pace with the more complex everyday life: that is, it should take into account management, expediency, security as well as the needs of the users. For the International School of Management, this is an important aspect in teaching and practice. ISM Managing Director Professor Dr. Ingo Böckenholt was all the more pleased when he learned of the latest award from the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ): "However, improving offerings and service is an ongoing task." This is the first time that DISQ has awarded the German Education Award together with the news channel n-tv. Chairwoman of the DISQ Advisory Board is former Minister of Justice and Economics Brigitte Zypries. The background and nature of the survey are documented in detail on the website of the German Institute for Service Quality.
