Acquire Specialist Knowledge in International Logistics and Supply Chain Management
We live in a globalized world where businesses increasingly opt for operation centralization. In this environment, logistics, purchasing, procurement and distribution of their products or services become essential pillars.
In the Master of Logistics and Supply Chain Management you will not only deal with logistics processes, operations research, transportation models and value chains, but you will also be sensitized to current topics such as sustainability, smart mobility and capacity planning.
The overarching aim of the postgraduate supply chain program is to provide graduates with tools and insights on how globalized logistics systems can be set up and sustainably maintained.
You will also gain more in-depth knowledge of data-driven subjects such as data science and analytics or international operations management. At the same time, you will dive deeper into management topics like leadership, organizational development or project management.
ISM is AACSB accredited
ISM has been recognized at the highest level by the AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) and is currently the only private German university of applied sciences holding the AACSB accreditation. After years of dedicated effort, ISM has now been granted the AACSB accreditation which is an important seal of quality which certifies excellence in research and teaching. The key requirements for receiving the prestigious accreditation are: highest quality in teaching, committed lecturers who proactively support students, successful cooperation with companies and international universities as well as very good career entry opportunities for graduates. Fast Track: On the Fast Lane
With the option "Fast Track" the semester abroad is omitted and you shorten your internship period. This allows you to complete your master's degree in only 3 semesters with 90 ECTS. Prerequisite: you bring 210 ECTS from your Bachelor (an alternative admission to Fast Track is possible via demonstrated work experience or by taking the ISM Pre-Master). Semester abroad in London
For the 23-year-old Caroline Schumacher, who completed her logistics master's degree at the ISM in Frankfurt/Main, the courses offered by the London Metropolitan University were decisive. Here Schumacher was able to study Aviation Management and specialize in aviation. The ISM student then wrote her Logistics Master Thesis at Lufthansa Cargo AG.She was able to perfect her English language skills and apply them in a multicultural city. At the same time, day after day she experienced the hectic pace of a city that never sleeps.
Top position in the CHE Master's Ranking
In the current CHE university ranking for Master's degree programs, the ISM was rated very positively for all seven campuses. ISM achieved four out of five stars in all ten categories.
