Individual support - MBA General Management (part-time)

The accompanying coaching in MBA General Management provides practical relevance to the current professional and personal environment and includes career counseling. The coaching pursues several goals: Determination of the current professional location and definition of professional goals, potential analysis and development as well as personality development (focus on communication behavior, cooperation and team skills as well as conflict management).

Four phases of coaching

Phase 1

In Phase 1, the coach and coachee get to know each other and define their professional location through a standardized interview. In this way, the knowledge of one's own personality structure is expanded, one's own potential is identified and personal development goals are set.

Phase 2

Phase 2 focuses on communication behavior. The main focus is on improving perception and strengthening communication behavior - also in an intercultural context.

Phase 3

Phase 3 focuses on cooperation and team behavior as well as leadership will and leadership style. In addition, career consulting is an integral part of this phase.

Phase 4

Phase 4 is mainly devoted to conflict behavior. However, the importance of a work-life balance is also addressed. In addition, there will be an update on the professional status quo through a further standardized interview.
